Totally lost the ability to make a decision...!!!

Is this what they call preggo brain?!! is anyone else suffering from this?? I feel really sorry for my DH, he gets so frustrated with me - I cannot decide what to eat/wear/do? I feel like my brain is total mush!!

My favorite phrase at the moment is.... I don't know.....

Is this normal?

sounds very much like me at the moment, I haven't the energy to use my brain to think about things. I've found my memory has totally gone too! I've normally got a brilliant memory and have to remember everything for my OH and myself and son, but lately if OH asks me anything all I can say is "I can't remember" or "I don't know!".

I put my son in the car the other day and drove off up the road, I wondered what the noise on the roof was so pulled over - it was my house keys!!! Then did a big shop at the supermarket the other day and when it came to paying (it had all been scanned through and packed) I realised I'd forgotten my debit card, embarrassing! I had to drive home to go and get it. I've never been this crap!

I thought I was the only one. Yesterday OH and I were in the car and I was driving. We were trying to decide which was the best route to take to avoid traffic. As he was asking me a question I was just in a zone and I couldn't understand what he was trying to ask me. Poor OH was just frustrated and ignored me until we joked about it when we got home. what's wrong with us. It's like all the braincells are going to the baby.

I have this too but I didn't realise I would get it so early on!... today I had to buy some folic acid... it was £6 so I sat and counted and then recounted the pound coins and gave them to the lady... I gave her £7.. turns out I've lost the ability to count too!!!... but at least she knew I had a good excuse

and decisions now take at least half an hour or until OH gives up and decides on his own.

i just walked around tesco in a fug the other day. looked at my list that had 'mushroom soup' written on it, looked at the aisle sign that said SOUP in massive letters, thought 'hmm, don't fancy any tomato soup today' and walked off, wasn't until i checked my list at the end i realised i had done the same thing with tuna and cereal... doh!!
