I would normally have around 10-12 cups of tea a day!!!!!!

Ive looked in my cupboard and found that

Raspberry, Strawberry and Loganberry Twinnings fruit tea is a Yes as it contains raspberry flavourings.

Cranberry, Raspberry and Elderflower Twinings Tea is a Yes cause it only contains raspberry flavourings

I've switched to roibos (red tea). Tastes very similar to normal tea and you have it with milk the same too. Completely caffiene free.

Thank you, and gosh, a month back all I was was like drinking camomile tea
