I dont know if too many of you are up now but about an hour ago I had such a schock - went to the bathroom to pee and found blood in my underwear. When I wiped I got some clotted blood and brown blood on the tissue. I freaked out so bad I felt I was going to pass out. Have not had any spotting at all since I got pregnant and have had no cramping or pain except for implantation cramp in the very beginning. When I wipe now an hour later the discharge is brownish, there has been no bright red blood, more like dried blood and watery. I called my OB/Gyn (she was on call!) and she told us to come in first thing in the morning for a sonogram. Since I don't bleed alot or any bright red blood and have no pain (I don't know if I have a little bit of light cramping now or if Im just so nervous my stomach is in twitches, I feel sick that's how scared I am) she said I can wait until tomorrow morning and I guess I agree.
She said it's not unusal to get a bit of bleeding around this time.
Still, Im worried it will be a mc, I felt very morningsick until about a week ago when my symptoms pretty much disapeared, what if it is a silent miscarriage?
I want to stay calm and not freak out and if a mc has happened, it has happened and not anything we can do about it but try again, but still - I hope it's nothing and maybe some bleeding but bean is okay?
Anyone else had this and what happened? The last bleeding I had was aug 25th = my last period, that's it. And then suddenly tonight this - Im schocked . I will update you all in the morning after the scan.

My mum said her symptoms with me basically disappeared overnight, so that's nothing to accurately base anything on. I hope the scan goes well hun Try not to panic about it!!

Thanks everyone - unfortunately we lost our little bean .
We went in for a scan this morning, bleeding had stopped over night, but no heartbeat and the bean had stopped developing around 2 weeks ago .
I am still in schock but more saddened than anything and Im going in tomorrow morning for a d and c or whatever that thing is called. They will put me out and take care of everything then and there.
Apparently this was one of the silent mc's, had no idea it happened and have had no pain or no bleeding until that spotting yesterday night, still no pain. The doctor said it can take another 1 or 2 weeks before I mc naturally and recomended me to go in tomorrow. I was 11 weeks today.

We will keep on trying as soon as we can and I wish all you fantastic ladies here all the best in your roads ahead, much love!

Im very sorry honey this happened to me two years ago at 12 weeks i didnt have any bleeding or cramps just went for my 12 week scan and there was no heartbeat. The d&c is very quick and very little discomfort afterwards a friend of mine went the managed miscarriage route and she wished she had a d&c as its all over so quickly. If it is any consolation i got pregnant two months later and had a healthy boy. Take care hun

I'm so sorry to read your thread, the same thing happened to me in Feb this year. D&C is definitely a better option, I was in no pain physically after the surgery. xx xx
