Breakfast

What do you eat in the morning?

I've had an upset tummy the last few mornings. I know what's good for me and what I would normally eat but I can't even think about those things because even the though just turns my stomach

It's really tough for me to eat in the mornings because of my nausea...but I do try to munch on some "wheat thins" crackers and sip on some water. I can't seem to work up an appetite for anything bigger.

I can't eat anything for a while after getting up, when I do it'll be something plain like toast or a little bit of cereal, maybe an apple... If I really can't face eating properly, I'll nibble on some crackers and sip water.

xx

I am usually fine first thing in the morning but if I get nausea it kicks in about 10am.

I tend to have a bowl of Ready Brek and a small glass of orange juice in the mornings

I have some cream crackers next to the bed and always nibble on one then wait 10 mins before getting up. I do this if I have to get up for the loo in the night as well, really seems to nip the severe nausea in the bud.

I try to have some cereal after getting up, rice krispies seem to go down quite well as they're very bland. I find cereal is also quite helpful before bed, it can prevent me waking in the night with a nausea attack.
