Bleugh :(

Hey everyone...

I'm 8 weeks and CONSTANTLY feeling sick!! Have not actually been sick but the queasiness is always there! I know its a good sign that the pregnancy is progressing, it started a couple of weeks ago and at the beginning it was always in the evening but now its all day! I feel better for about 5mins after eating or having a drink!

Don't know what to take to ease it anymore

I can relate! My best solution is to lay down as much as possible. I even took a sick day to do just that. Lay down. Sometime I drift in and out of sleep, and slowly that seems to make things more bearable.

I know exactly how you are feeling!! Last night I was invited out and was quite anxious about it as I can't shake the nauseous feeling and so resorted to take an anti-sickness tablet as didn't want a melt down whilst at a friends house for dinner....worked wonders but I don't want to have to rely on them... I keep a stash of polo's in my handbag and they are quite good... I am counting down the weeks until the sickness finally goes... will definately be worth it in the end

I am the same and I keep panicking I'm going to be one of these people that is sick throughout pregnancy......I don't think I can take another day!! xx
