I felt like that since my nausea started and I'm 16 weeks now, and it hasn't gone away.

I'm sick every morning without fail (and most days during the day/evening too) but I always end up on all fours in the shower throwing up down the plug hole! Thankfully, it's usually first thing so it's just bile.

Yes, I felt really sick when I had a shower in the morning to the point where I had to get out with conditioner still in my hair and sit on the floor! So I started having to have a shower the night before instead!! It's got better now and I can finally face morning showers again!

is it a hot shower ?
was just thinking that were advised against hot baths etc.. because ( cant remember exactly.. oops) i think of something it does , that makes you dizzy or light headed .. just thinking maybe worth cooling the shower a little see if that helps ?

I have had a this a few times and as dali says it is when the shower has been quite hot. I try to avoid hot showers now which seems to have worked

Yes, I have had to run out of the shower to the toilet. After reading the comments of other ladies, I am wondering if my shower might be too hot (I do love hot showers). I will see if cooling it a bit will help the situation.

I always have to eat something as soon as I get up and that seems to settle it down. The longer I am up before I eat the worse I feel.
