not feeling hopeful at all...

went out last night for an alcohol free "night out" with my hubby n in laws (FIL and BIL were playing in their band), had only got out the car n felt like id wet myself, went to the loo n there was some red spotting on my pants, wiped and low n behold more red blood, had no more red since that last night, has turned brown again, had no cramps or anything but i just dont have a good feeling about any of this, my gut feeling is that im gonna go for this scan n be told yet again ive lost a baby...my logical part of my mind is telling me i know that bleeding can be common n that because its not heavy i shouldnt worry but last time i only had a tiny bit of brown spotting n then i had a mmc...anyone else feel like they just cant cope with the stress...my heart is constantly thumping, im always scared to look at the loo paper when i wipe n every little niggle sends me into a panic, so much for my counselling helping, im a nervous wreck. x

Awww hun please try and stay positive. It may be nothing I know its hard when doom is all around us but it is most probably nothing.

Why dont you try and change your scan for tomorrow xx

i was gonna go up to the hospital today and tell a wee white lie that id bled more than i have, but when i thought about it i reasoned that im already doubtful they'll see a heartbeat on wed coz of how early i am so dunno if it'd even help n if they took bloods to test hcg id only need to go up on wed anyway to get them checked again for hcg, i dunno my gut feeling just tells me something isnt right....xx

I would say stay positive, however I am currently getting up at least three times during the night to wipe and check so I hear you.

Its very hard, particularly when you have had a bad experience. Maybe have a word with you GP, at six weeks I am sure you could get a scan and they could check that the sac is in place, and maybe that would give you some reassurance?

Its just that i had some bleeding like you have described when i was around 8 weeks pregnant and it turned out to be nothing. I am now 15w 2d and when i think back i was just as worried as you are! I had spotting at 6 weeks, bleeding at 8 weeks and some more spotting at 10 weeks. Try and stay positive hun, thinking of you.

thanks hun, ive got an early scan booked for wed coz i had a partial molar mmc in april, im trying so hard not to stress and worry but im not even feeling as sick today as i have done all week, im just very doubtful, the thought of being put back in front of an empty scan screen makes me feeling physically sick....i just always expect the worst...wish i even had some faith so i could pray!!! i hate that all the innocence of this has been ripped away from me, wed just feels like a lifetime away but i should stop moaning and just be thankful im lucky enough to be getting an early scan xx

thanks hun, fingers crossed this is just the "normal bleeding" you can get in first tri...im desparate to be over beside you lol xx

Popped over from 2nd Trimester babe,

Some women bleed throughout the whole of the pregnancy as if
they would a normal period. Bleeding can also be part of implantation
of the egg to your womb! As long as you don't have an unbearable
cramping pain (some cramping is normal but I mean pain) then all
could be completely normal

Always best to be double checked just in case.
Thoughts are with you and LO.
