i'll be 14 weeks tomorrow! i'm in my second tri and have been feeling much better, morning sickness is nearly gone (thank goodness) just have gag reflexes not and then, and I seem to have a bit more energy.
I'm not due to see the midwife until 2 weeks time, and I'm just worried as in the last few days I don't 'feel' pregnant, at the w/e I thought my tummy had bloated out a bit - but seems to have gone back to normal now.
Is there not a test or something else that I can do, just to put my mind at ease?
Us girls must get this all the time, but I don't fancy worrying for 2 more weeks until I see my midwife!
i'm feeling exactly the same, i have my first MW appointment tomorrow so fingers crossed i'll have my mind put at rest... I'm wondering if getting cheap pregnancy test kits is the answer?
It's really normal to feel like that. I felt exactly the same and in a way would have rather still had the morning sickness just so I still felt pregnant but you'll feel pregnant again in a few weeks time when you start to show and you can feel LO moving.
Don not worry Im sure you are fine as long as you have had no bad cramping or bleeding!
I think even if anything had happened the preg test would still come up positive as the pregnancy hormone can stay around for a while.
You are probably just starting to feel better many people do at that stage of pregnancy.

You can always but a dopler (fetal heart monitor)????
I used one with my DD and it was a ritual every evening- and something I used to look 4ward to- and it also gave me reassurance every day!
The heart will be easily picked up at 14 weeks- I got mine off ebay- wasn't too expensive (around £50-£70) but well worth it!!!
Just a thought for 'obsessive people like me out there???!
I have felt the exact same way since my nausea and gagging disappeared, went to the 17 week appointment dreading that they might not find a heart beat but there it was loud and clear. Of course that hasn't made me worry any less about my 20 week appointment. I don't think the worrying ever stops.
