| Have none of you girls ever heard of utrasound? An ultrasound scan can confirm an on-going pregnancy from 5 weeks....So called PregnancyTests cannot do that.
It does depend on the experience of the ultrasound personnel of course, and unfortunately there are many who are not competent. However, it's worth a try if you are deperately in need of re-assurance. It's the ONLY way . | | | | Status: Offline

Unfortunately not every place offers them until 20 weeks, unless you go private, and not everyone can afford to pay for that. The people on the forum are here to reassure women who are pregnant or who are trying to get pregnant--which is ultimately what this thread is about, a woman who wanted a little reassurance. | | | | Status: Online
