Anyone not planning to know gender? - Page 3

I'm really torn. On the one hand, I'd love to be surprised, but part of me thinks that finding out would make us feel that much more connected with our baby. This is our first, and it's still kind of an abstract concept. I think being able to think "I have a son" or "I have a daughter" would really make the second half of the pregnancy magical. It will still be a surprise, just a bit earlier. No matter what we end up doing, I'm determined that our family and friends will find out after the baby's born.

I won't be finding out if I can avoid it. I'm planning a waterbirth, so I am always picturing myself or my husband scooping up the LO and taking a look and being surprised. =)

No way am I finding out!!! There's not even temptation there for me, I'm probably the most stubborn person ever and when I set my mind to something happening, it's happening! OH suggested finding out, but soon changed his mind when he saw how set I am on leaving it for a surprise at the end
