After every meal and also at bed time as I am trying to fall asleep  I don't think it helps that I have to have a HUGE drink of water before bed, if I don't I get so dehydrated while I sleep I wake up with a headache and a mouth that tastes like a drain  It is starting to get more infrequent as time goes by but I am sure another symptom will come along to takes its place shortly! |
