Im new to the forum and I need some help on my eating habits.
I am 10 nearly 11wks and plastered all over the internet is that you find your appetiete and start eating more, but I seem to have gone the other way, I am not eating as much as I normally do, even when I have made a evening meal, I am struggling to finish it and feel full. Is this normal??
Dont worry to much I havent been able to eat too much either today is the first day I havent been sick and kept my meal done as long as you try and eat little and often you should be fine
I am the same as you. Evening feel sickly more, but not physically being sick. I get my belly rumbling and it's like let's go eat NOW!! get there and absolutely nothing takes my fancy. I am fine with cereal in the mornings so if I get peckish in the evenings I have another bowl.
Had a chicken curry last night and it went down very well!!!! One thing I find helps me, although not very healthy, are tortilla chips, lightly salted, they go a storm. Light with a little flavour. I am drinking as much water as possible, but the other night I realised how much my taste buds were being neglected and I drank almost a pint of Fanta orange in one!!!! Oh it tasted good!
I go through stages of eating loads & not being able to stop myself and then of not being hungry at all and hardly eating anything. I think it's normal but some people just do it the other way around.
