Yeah for me (and my dog!)

Well I saw the midwife today and had my very first ever blood test. I've gone 39 years and never had to have one so I was so worked up. She put the thing in to attach the syringes to and I felt dizzy and sick, really thought I was going to pass out. Thankfully I came round after about 5 minutes.

Funny thing is earlier today my dog had blood test too for a rash he keeps getting and OH says he was far braver than me! I've got a sore arm and the poor dog had got a little shaved patch on his front leg (same one as me) with a little pin prick in it so we've been sympathising with each other

I was so scared of needles the first time i had a blood test about 3 years ago I screamed the whole hospital down, and the poor little boy in the cubicle next to me was looking to see what was wrong!! I've made myself get over it a bit now, I realised that it doesn't hurt and is not going to kill me - seriously I am so proud I can now go for a blood test on my own!!!!!!!!

oo don't think I'd be able to go on my on just yet lol. I felt sicker today than I have done I'll the time I've been pregnant, seriously thought I was going to throw up on the sink.

I am ridiculously pleased with myself tho.
