I'm Currently Feeling: | Pulsating/Throbbing (!) Hey Girls,
Since yesterday I have been getting a pulsating or throbbing pain in where I imagine my right ovary is. It's not severe - just uncomfortable. I dont wanna go in to panic mode again so I thought I'd ask you lot first.
Any ideas? Do the ovaries do anything when you are pregnant or do they just sleep for 9 months!!
Thanks girls. x |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Hi
I was getting pain from my left side at about 5 and a half wks. A bit like the pain your describing.
I was advised to go to A&E and they ran some tests and did a scan etc. Turns out it was my left ovary which i had ovulated from. It was normal to feel the pain as the pocket from which the egg was released was still enlarged and producing hormones and stuff and they advised that this can cause discomfort and would settle down, which it did.
I hope all is well with you. Just get it checked out if your concerned.
take it easy x |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Thanks hun. It's not constant so I'll wait and see how it goes. I've got blood test results back for HCG tomorrow so I'll feel better after that plus my scan is a week tomorrow.

I'm Currently Feeling: | Lisa, I am sorry if I have already asked you, but did you have a vaginal scan? I am having some feelings like that too but mine are in my left side. My bb's are KILLING ME! They feel like they weigh a ton! How are you? If my blood tests come back good I really am questioning wether or not I want to get another one so soon unless they have to. Due to the spotting I have had. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Hi. It is probably your hormones sending messages to your reproductive organs. your brain sends signals to your overies to stop the menstral cycle, would ask at doctors hope you feel better soon x x x | | | | Status: Offline
