Hey I know how you feel Ive had a horrid cold for about a week now!
I have just taken paracetemol and have eaten lots of fruit and veg. Im not sure about vicks vapour rub but have used a little bit of albas oil on my pillow which seems to have helped.
Its harder when you are pregnant because our immunity is slightly lower so look after yourself and have some rest.
Get well soon

I really feel for you, I was exactly the same.
I started with a cold the day I found out I was pregnant, I never quite got over it, then about 4-5 weeks later I got the flu, it really knocked me for six! Try to get plenty of rest, I ate loads of fruit, had paracetamol and used vicks as Hollie said. It definately does take longer to fight when you're pregnant but fingers crossed it wont take much longer for you.

Shame Gems!

I know how you feel. In my 5th week I caught a rotten cold.

I didn't take anything for it since it wasn't a flu and I didn't get a fever.

I would recommend lots of bed rest and lots of water.
As for a blocked nose try a humidifier if you have one. If not fill a tub with hot water, put a towel over your head and shoulders and just breathe in the steam for a bit.
