I have one. Mine is a fibroadenoma. Its basically a small, benign tumour. When I first noticed it 3 years ago, I had it tested.... they biopsied and ultrasounded it (mine is about the size of a marble) and it came back ok. They told me it is fairly common in young women and that it wouldnt get any bigger unless I got pregnant (which i am now so it might grow) or it might just disappear (which is hasnt). They gave me the option to get it removed because mine is quite close to the skin and nearly visable in a bikini but I said, as long as it isnt cancerous, im happy to leave it and see if it disappears... which it hasnt.

I'd definatly recommend getting it checked out, but to ease your mind, it could just be a fibroadenoma because they're quite common.

I also have a fibro cyst next to my nipple, in fact I have several ones in both breasts, but this one being the most visible one, pea size very close to the surface. However, when I found it they did all the tests, mamo, ultrasound and biopsy to make sure it was benign and they still do ultrasounds every 6 months on my lumps to make sure they don't change.
If you do have a lump now you need to see a breast specialist so they can determine what it is. You do not take your chances with this, ever.
Go to the docs and have it checked out and more than likely is it a benign cyst or a swollen node.
Good luck!

Haven't had this but i wouldnt worry as its probably just related to your pregnancy, but i would still get it checked out ASAP to put your mind at rest xx
