I'm Currently Feeling:  | nurse said i can't have lucozade:-(
had an appointment with my nurse today and she said there is too much sugar in my urine so i have to stay away from sugary things.  i asked her about lucozade and she said to avoid it cos of the sugar in it.  i'm gutted. i have to drink low sugar drinks now. now i'm really craving lucozade |

| oh damn it, Iv done it again, everytime I read the word lucozade on here I want it and I want it NOW! I dont know how I'd cope if I had to cut back on sugar, been eating loads of chocolate too, oops naughty me! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | he he i know its really hard to cut back. i have been drinking diluted orange and sugar free 7up. i had a bit of chocolate too i would be totally impossible to give it all up. at least ive cut back a good bit though |
