Question

CONSTIPATION tmi i know


it explains all in the tittle my ticker is correcto and im going up the wall. any advice please?! im drinking more water but it makes no odds because the minute i drink im peeing ive tried orange, grape and prune juice to no avail is there anything the doc can give me? it feels horrible and sore!!!! ps i havent got piles... YET
id love to have a normal poo!!!!!

Are you exercising? I find this helps with the old b.movement (I am not pregnant).

I've heard apple juice works well. Exercising works too, I know going for a brisk walk seems to help me. Hope you feel better soon

well i walk around an hour a day when im going to and from work and then walking around work and i walk to my nans every evening after work so exercise isnt a problem

Can def take during pregnancy its also advertised in a lot of the pregnancy magazines. After i first seen it i checked with my midwife before i took it and she said it was fine.
