I'm Currently Feeling: | CONSTIPATION tmi i know it explains all in the tittle my ticker is correcto and im going up the wall  . any advice please?! im drinking more water but it makes no odds because the minute i drink im peeing ive tried orange, grape and prune juice to no avail is there anything the doc can give me? it feels horrible and sore  !!!! ps i havent got piles... YET 
id love to have a normal poo!!!!!  |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I've heard apple juice works well. Exercising works too, I know going for a brisk walk seems to help me. Hope you feel better soon  |

I'm Currently Feeling: | well i walk around an hour a day when im going to and from work and then walking around work and i walk to my nans every evening after work so exercise isnt a problem |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Can def take during pregnancy its also advertised in a lot of the pregnancy magazines. After i first seen it i checked with my midwife before i took it and she said it was fine. |
