At your gestation, the only thing to be seen is a tiny gestational sac, you WOULD NOT yet be able to see a baby or fetal pole or fetal heartbeat. I had a scan just over 5 weeks and only the tiniest of gestational sacs could be seen. I assume the question mark by "
'intrauterine cycstic area" is basically saying they presume a gestational sac but won't confirm it at this point as the fetal pole has not yet been observed, so at present its a questionable Cystic area. Presumably this is just the Sonographer being non commital - I wouldn't worry about it.
This is a scan at 5.5 weeks, where no fetal pole was seen:

So far everything is normal for your gestation, so try not to worry too much!
-At your next scan you will find that once the fetal pole or HB has been observed, there will be no question marks, just a confimed pregnancy!
