i am ttc baby number 1. Im 34 yrs old, DH IS 29. I have just had my 2nd mc in 3 months...one mmc at 7 weeks ended in a d and c. This one is basically a chemical, bleeding now at 4+5 weeks. Shall i just give up now? Is there anyone out there that has had this and has a good news story? What did u do differently the next time around? Takes extra supplements etc? anything??Right now i feel a total failure. Im so sad. X

Hi beachlover, I think a lot of people on this site have experienced this.

With the chemical a lot of people dont even realise and think it is just a period as they may not of even tested for pregnancy.

I am sorry you are going through this but do not give up.

Do however see you GP and ask for some advice, he/she may say its quite normal but if you ask them for advice and tell them you need some reassurance i am sure they can help you xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I've never miscarried, but I've heard of women having more miscarriages than you have, and they go on to have a number of healthy babies. You need to do what is right for you, and nobody can decide that for you, but it can definitely still happen for you. Sorry for your recent losses.

im sorry if this upsets anyone.

i had 2 MMC then i fell with our son everything was fine we had an early scan then all the other scans to keep check on him and we had a totally normal pregnancy (this is where it gets sad) but due to hospital mistakes our son was born sleeping at 41+3.

im now 8+1 pg again, what im trying to say is you can go on to have a happy ending its f**king hard on you emotionally but it does happen.

please dont make any decisions yet take some time to heal first.

sorry again if iv upset anyone.

xxx

Beach- please do not give up! I know several women who have had numerous MC then went on and had a healthy baby. If this is something you really want, (which I know it is) maybe take a break and then start trying again. I would defnitely talk to your doctor to see if there is anything they can do for you. (testing, medications, etc...) There are actually a couple of wonderful ladies that I know on here who can tell you their stories- they went through terrible times but are now having healthy pregnancies. So sorry for your recent loss....I am here if you need to chat

Oh beachlover I am so sorry to hear your news. Sadly, I have no pearls of wisdom, but just wanted to say that I'm thinking of you and your other half.
