| Anyone else pregnant after a miscarriage and terrified?? Hi All,
I am now about 4 weeks pregnant (I think?) following a miscarriage on the 5th September at 8 weeks. I've not had a cycle in between, and almost wish I didn't know I was pregnant again, as I am now f***ing terrified something will go wrong again.
I guess I'm hoping there will be some ladies out there who understand, and people who can tell me positive stories and send me sticky vibes!!
Anyway, best of luck to all, looking forward to hopefully meeting some of you!

| Thanks KA92. I know I need to relax but its just not in my nature! I may even try and ban myself from the internet for a few days!
Did you have an early scan? How did you get to hear your bean's heartbeat so early? I am soo jealous! | | | | Status: Offline

| Sorry you've had a loss. I had a missed miscarriage in May of this year.I've been really worried too, but had my 12 week scan yesterday and all is well, baby is measuring 11 weeks and 6 days so far so good. I know it is impossible not to worry but, try to stay strong and think positive. Hope my story gives you some positive feeling towards your pregnancy x | | | | Status: Offline

| I had a mc early Aug, then 8 days later became pg again. I know how you feel, Ive been a nervous wreck, and I know that doesnt help matters. I had 3 mc's total, and this is my 8th pg. Ive had lots of scares this time, but Im starting to think everything is just fine, Im worrying out of fear from what happened before. We have to try to not think the worse! Just take it one day at a time,.. you just might get an early scan to ease your mind, since you had a mc. Now if I can only follow my own advise lol

| First of all, Congrats
You have to remember that this is a new and completely different pregnancy.
Just because you have had a miscarriage before does not have any affect on whether you will miscarry again.
I had a miscarriage in January at 10wks, but just told myself it was for the best as something must have been wrong- and stayed positive.
I am now 26+wks and all is good so far.
The time will fly by
Good luck - positive happy thinking. | | | | Status: Offline

| Hey Hun i miscarried at 5 weeks in June this year and have been told 'it is very common to have a miscarriage in the very early stages of pregnancy' and 'one in four women will miscarry at some point' neither of these i found particularly comforting but like Ellie27 said this pregnancy is a new fresh start and every pregnancy is different. Try not to worry too much hun. I fell pregnant straight after miscarrying (going by my scan date i conceived the day after i stopped bleeding) and i am now 15 week into a new, so far healthy pregnancy. Just take each day as it comes and i wish you a very happy and healthy 9 months! x | | | | Status: Offline
