I totally understand. I mc'd aug. 31 and now I'm pregnant again with no AF in between. I feel like I go from being terrified to calm ever 10 minutes or so. I wish you all the best!

I'm sorry for your loss, this is my first baby, I'm 23 weeks pregnant and have had ten miscarriages since I was 21, I am now 38, I never got to this stage as I never ever got past 12 weeks, I have been petrified all the way through, I even bled at the start twice but my Bean is sticking and I'm starting to relax into my pregnancy, I couldn't even bond at first as I kept thinking this doesn't happen to me. I had a gut instinct with this one however that everything despite my worries was going to be ok and after a 4D scan last week and seeing my baby I was so overwhelmed by it all I needed time out. The best thing you can do is to relax and take one day at a time and don't think into the future, as it only makes for worry and you don't need stress and worry, I play a few computer games to help me out or go for a gentle walk outside. xx

Sorry for everyone's losses....you don't realize just how many ladies actually go through a loss until it happens to you. Then you are a member of a club that you never wanted to join I had a MMC back in July- I never bled or anything so I really didn't know anything was wrong. I was 11+4 and my symtpoms had disappeared but I had myself convinced that it was about time for the placenta to take over so losing symptoms is no big deal. Well, looking back, the symptoms disappeared when the baby died.

Even though I tell myself everything will be fine this time, and that I am having no bleeding or pain which is good, I think back to last time- no bleeding or pain either.

BUT- I decided just today, that no amount of worrying I do will change things one way or the other, and for all I know this pregnancy will turn out fine and I will have wasted 3 months worrying and not enjoying. Sorry for the long post, but it actually makes me feel better to type THAT I AM NOT GOING TO WASTE THIS PREGNANCY BY WORRYING!!!!

I am passing out PMA- anyone want some????

hun its hard not to worry and nothing anyone says to you is really gonna put your mind at ease. But there are loads of us who have been where you are now. I had a m/c in '07 and i fell pregnant again last year. Like you I was convinced it was going to happen again and no matter how much my mum and husband tried to assure me otherwise i wouldn't listen, i kept saying that i know my body and i know that there is something wrong and how would they know.
Well that baby that i was so sure that i was going to miscarry is now sitting in his highchair beside me giving out because i won't give him a second biscuit! There is no reason why this pregnancy wont work out for you. Your not at any higher risk of miscarriage after 1. Hope this helps.

So sorry for all the losses here.

I've just read and agreed with all of the comments! I had a mc Feb 09, then it took months to get another BFP. Finally I'm 6.5 weeks, but am so frightened. Always thinking there'll be blood when i go to the loo, noticing when my @@'s aren't sore. Was slightly nauseous at the weekend and was relieved! But today i've been really down and worried, as my symptoms have vanished - no nausea, @@'s hardly sore at all and 'smaller' (less full) than when I first got pg. And i know you can't compare pregnancies, but i can't help but think this is what happened last time. Aaaarrggghh!! Give me that PMA!!!

Hope all our pregnancies make fools of us for worrying.
