Oh yes, I'm on pregnancy number 4 after having 3 mcs in a row in just over a year. I've been spotting/bleeding for a week and a half now with this one and convinced myself that it was all over. I went for another scan yesterday and all is good for the moment. I could not believe it. I've now had 2 scans with good news, something I am not used to at all.

Every pregnancy is different and you've just got to try and remain positive.

I've had three miscarriages. The first two were very early and the second one was at 12 weeks but this time i've seen my baby's heartbeat and i'd never had that before. My doc said that the foetal growth is much better this time and reassured me that the odds are on my side this time. I understand just how worried you are and that you will still be worrying no matter what people tell you but every pregnancy is different! I'm sure that there's no reason why this can't be a healthy pregnancy for you and i'm sending you lots of sticky dust . I know it's difficult but try to think positively, it helps .

I had a miscarriage in early May. I also had no cycle in between that miscarriage and this preg. I'm now 22.6 weeks along. So far so good. He wiggles around and kicks like crazy in there. I was scared to and figured I would have another miscarriage because I got pregnant right after. Didn't even think it was possible to get pregnant right after a miscarriage. I must of got pregnant like 2 weeks after my MC. The day that I miscarried which was the 8th was the day for like the first 3 months that I would be like ok i'm going to miscarry now. I know its weird but I was traumatized from my first miscarriage. So just try to relax and enjoy this pregnancy. I know its easier said than done.

I can definitely relate to this thread. I had a m/c (natural) on 8/4. I had not had a cycle so I tested on 9/9 and it was a BFN. Waited til last week and did an HPT because I "felt" pregnant and it was a BFP. I was so scared, excited, nervous, angry every emotion came @ once. I scheduled my first appt for this Thurs. Didn't tell the person taking the appt I got a BFP just told them today made 10 weeks since my m/c and I need to schedule a followup. I've been doing numerous HPT's to make sure I'm not hallucinating. I haven't told OH yet, kinda feel like I want a scan first. He has a bday coming up next week. I couldn't ban myself from the internet as babyandbump is my salvation. Only the women here can relate. Sorry for your loss and Congratulations on your new pregnancy. Goodluck and keep up posted. When is you followup appt?

Thanks applelova911,

Congratulations on your news, and fingers crossed all will be well for both of us this time. Seems like we are in a very similar boat. My appointment is on Friday at 7.30am (aka stupid o'clock!) so I will keep you posted.

If you don't mind, I'll befriend you, so you can let me know what your doc says on Thursday?

Hi,

I completely understand what you are feeling. I don't think you can ever really relax 100% once you have had a miscarriage.

All I can advise is that you try and relax and enjoy your pregnancy, put your feet up as much as possible, eat healthy, live healthy and drink plenty of water.

I have had 4 miscarriages.

I hope all goes well for you and this pregnancy and that you will have a healthy and full term pregnancy.

Sending you lots of love.

Wow. All of you that have responded are amazing and I wish you all the best. I desperately hope all of our beans are sticky, and from now on I am going to try and be as positive as I can!

Thanks girls - you're an inspiration!
