This is gonna be complicated to explain & probably more complicated for you to understand, so i appologize now...!

I slept with my on/off boyfriend on between the 4-6th(jan)..my period had ended on the 3rd or 4th(roughly)...so i thought there was no chance i could get pregnant, especially seeing as i dont think i am very fertile.

sooo, then on the 14th i had burny nipples which i thought was just part of my cycle or something-or maybe ovulating.

Theeeen, on the 21st of january i got my "period"..but it only lasted for about 3 days-usually i have it for 7. THe thing is the first day or two the bleding was heavy, so i dont think it could be implantation BUT! i have read soooo many stories of bleeding throughout pregnancy on here i have basically convinced myself i am pregnant. U know what its like!

I have done two tests at home, both of which came up negative.(i took them on my expected period due date-27th)

I have been feeling nauseous most days on the way to work and when i am sitting at home in the afternoon, reeeeeeeeeally bloated, CONSTANTLY hungry, sometimes sore boobs/nipples-also i swear they r bigger-but this could all be in my head!! and the smells in the kitchen at work(i work in a brasserie)make me wanna puke-meat cooking, stocks, gravys, frying...its weird coz i love food and never feel sick when i smell it hehee...oh and the mood swings..omg..my poor friends and family. All the have to do is sneeze or couch to irritate me awww

So, it could sound as though i may be pregnant but then again women are so complex things can be confused..so yea, im gonna book a blood test asap.

You could be but definitely get another test done

Just to let you know that I had my period on 31st dec, had sex on 3rd Jan and I am pregnant!!! I know, a shock to me too, thought I was out of the running.

You can bleed but I also know of people that had their period but were pregnant.

Not sure if you want to be pregnant but I would say it's possible.

Oh and I know what you mean about cooking meats, roasting chicken is now a complete and utter disgusting smell to me. Gravy and chips though .............. mmmmmmmmmm

My AF was 15th - 17th December, not very heavy at all and not the same as it normally is (I'm very regular, 28 days bang on). We only had one 'accident' when the condom split, on the 21st of Dec. But my dates, which have been confirmed, show that I conceived on the 29th December !!!! So the lil spermies lived for quite a while... or something, don't quite understand the gist of the journey.

.....anyways.... just shows that you could have gotten pregnnt when you bd'd with boy'f.

I would really love to be pregnant, and my boyfriend would love children as he is a little bit older-33(he thinks hes getting old-i know hes not lol). It could have been timed a bit better but im a great believer in fate, so we shall see what happens.

Do you think it is quite likely or just "possible".

Ive read alot about women just knowing and i actually feel like that to be honest. i just feel like i am. That's why i was so surprised to get negative hpts.

You could try another home pregnancy test too. Perhaps at the time you did your HCG levels were still low or it was taken too early thus giving you a negative. Something to ease your mind while waiting for the blood test.

yeah.. could have just been too early to test, the hcg levels double every 2 days, and you need at least a level of 25 to get a positive, which you should get fairly soon really, but some tests don't seem to wanna give positives !!! Very frustrating. Just remember, you can get a false negtive....
