Back ache and leg pain please help

I am in agony woke up with major pain in my lower back. Not like period pain, this is aching. And the top of my leg, I have shooting pains going down it, and it's agony at the top of my thigh bone.

I'm really really sore, is this normal?

Please help I'm worried!

Ive had this too, right at the top of my thighs then it shoots downwards, and the aching in my back, I can barely sleep b/c it hurts and I can get comfortable. Ive heard that this is normal though because your bones are softening and because the shifting can press on nerves. I dont know what to do about it though.

It sounds like it might be sciatic (sp) nerve pain, I had that, but only in the 3rd trimester when the baby would lay in a certain position. Maybe its possible thats what it isÉ If it is, laying on your opposite side of the pain should help relieve it a bit. Also using a body pillow when you sleep, or any pillow put between your knees and lay on your side. That should help take some pressure off. Youd be surprised how comfortable it is when you keep your knees hip width apart. Well, at least for me it is, even when Im not pg I do that lol.

I have had terrible back pain too Sometimes its like AF cramps in my back, other times its a dull ache and sometimes its more like sciatica - a sharp pain in one spot especially when I put my weight on a certain leg. I've also been woken up in the middle of the night with cramps and growing pains in my legs, ahh painful!!
xx
