When can I quit the B Complex?

I've been taking B Complex for 2 months when I was ttc to help lengthen my LP. Do I need to taper myself off or can I just stop all at once? I only take 1 a day

Do you take a prenatal? I take a prenatal vitamin that contains folic acid, but it also has B vits in it as well as a lot of other good vitamins for the baby and mother. I don't know about taking just B's, but it can't hurt to continue them and add folic acid too if you aren't already.

my doc told me just to stop the b-complex when i was 5 weeks and im 8 weeks now so i think you can just stop them but take a prenatal.xxx

I just stopped it around 4-5 weeks, although I take pregnacare which has a tiny amount in it xx
