Im so ill any ideas? - Page 2

I literally just went to the doctors over that this morning! hehe i was sneezing every five seconds and never end of tissues around me at all times it just wouldnt stop! It was keeping me awake constantly having to blow my nose lol the doctor said that you get more "nasal secretions" (nicest word for snot ive ever heard

) when your pregnant and prescribed rinatec nasal spray. So perhaps get this? Ive only used it once and ive already noticed the differance!

I'm going through the same thing and this is what I've been doing....
Headaches- regular tylenol (but keeping it to a minimum)
sore throat- hot drinks, lot's of soup and warm (not too hot baths)
Stuffy nose- saline nasal spray

Haven't found a good solution for runny nose though besides blowing my nose a lot :/

Tylenol you can take when you're PG. Keep yourself hydrated, plenty of fluids, and if you're congested, and have a cough, turn the water on scalding hot in the bathroom, and just sit with your head inside the curtain and take deep breaths. It'll help you breathe and circulate blood. My grandma always used to give me honey when I was sick, dunno why but it worked for me.

I hpe you are feeling better. I also had this cold and it took me over a week to get better and I still have a small residual cough.
