Hey!!!
Im nearly 11weeks now and that sounds totally normal to me.
I have had loads of weird aches and pains, its usually due to the expanding uterus and the major slow down of your digestive system!!
The pulling pain I got at around 8 weeks worried me so much I phoned my GP and he organised an emergency scan, turned out eerything was fine saw bean and heart beat, was amazing.
I think you'll find everything will be fine but always ring your MW for reassurance.

As for SPD what is that I dont know either

I had it with both pregnancies, worse with the second, and probably worse again with this one as I have it already......
Fingers crossed that it's not SPD, but it is quite common. SOme people only get it really mildy...
