1st tri worries :(


Im in the beggining of my pregnancy and im pretty sure ive scared my self to death with all my readings online ..i just would like to know if it is normal to have lower back pain in ur 1st trimester...not extremem pain but more soreness as well as little tings i would call them on my side??

Yes, it is normal, and something to get used to. Your body is stretching and adjusting to expansion of your uterus.

I've had back pain all the way through. It's usually nothing to worry about unless you have bleeding and cramping too.

thanks for your replies ive had my 1st visit at the doctors and day by day getting a little more excited im 7weeks and a day..cant wait to see this little being we've created thanks again!

This was the symptom that made me buy a pregnancy test as I was now quite sure I was PG! All normal hun! x

Perfectly normal... I've had it since week 4 along with lots of other cramps n aches n sickness but will all be worth it I am sure.
