AnneMarie - I'm with you, dippy eggs, runny eggs and toasted soldiers mmmmm, bacon and runny egg butty, mmmmm. Oh stop it now!! I'm sat here with a bowl of fitness as I don't drink milk and can only stand it with cereal, so I am being a good girl!!!
I am staying away from peanuts (not that I ate them but been a big fan of peanut butter since I was a little girl, a llllllooooooonnnnngggg time ago!), I suffer from asthma, exzema and hayfever so no peanuts at all!
Feta - I live in a foreign country and I am going to have to look up the word pasturised so my other half knows what I talking about! I'm not a big veggie lover but love salad and can't have salad without feta, maybe in small amounts?
I am suffering with a little nausea at the mo and I read that ginger can help, ginger biscuits was my friends favourite, but can I find bloody ginger biscuits anywhere!!!!! typical.
I don't drink coffee, but I do drink diet coke, I read about the caffeine intake and now I try to have only 1 glass a day, in the morning to wake me up. If I don't I'll be asleep at my desk by 12!!
So you would say that pre packaged sandwich/deli meats are fine? The local place we go have meats out in the open in fridges of course but also prepacked. I will only go for pre packed if you ladies say it's fine
