Ideas to reduce morning sickness

I've had morning sickness since 6 weeks ish, and I've just found a few things that have helped me over the last week:

Kendal Mint Cake - its good to keep your blood sugar levels up between meals and the mint is very soothing on the tummy

Peppermint Tea - I've completely gone off tea and coffee but peppermint tea seems to be doing it for me at the moment, and again the mint is very soothing

Ginger Root Capsules - found these in Holland and Barrett and I've been taking them for the last two days. I take one capsule after breakfast and one mid afternoon and they have made a massive difference to my morning sickness symptoms; I don't feel sick as often and I am starting to like food again!

Sleep - afternoon naps (after work obviously!) and going to bed early is helping a lot because I don't feel sick when I'm asleep!! Its great!

Peanut butter on toast and apples have been doing it for me. I try to have an apple with me everywhere I go (tried the toast, but the toaster didn't fit in my handbag).
