I've been feeling really bloated all week. It's making me paranoid that people at work might notice!! I'm sure that's just in my mind though LOL

I have been bloated for weeks... i also seem to have put on weight, that is not so much on the scale as having aquired an extra roll on my tummy- not welcome!! I even checked and i've only put on 2 pounds!!! I know this is TMI but lots of wind as well.. very troublesome at work, needless to say, lol
I try to comfort myself with the (perhaps misguided??) idea that im less prone to get stretchmarks right away as there seems to be some give there already, ha, ha... Maybe not....

I have already hintet to OH that I could turn into a big heifer probably sooner than later but (thankfully ) my OH just looked at me indignantly and said that would never happen as if i's suggested i'd grow horns or something! Aw, bless!

But seriously, anyone else worried about turning too big, i.e. putting on too much weight, not being able to lose it etc.. or is it just me?..... I know its early but seeing as im already starting to feel pudgy, im getting a bit worried, perhaps unduly?????

Im impressed with anyone that has the energy to work out after work particularly at this time when all i wanna do is lie on sofa

I do try however, to be very good with my food ... extra calcium and all that, etc. etc...
