I had a horrible headache the other night and took paracetamol cause i heard on here that it was ok... but when i read the packet in the morning it says 'consult your doctor if you are pregnant'!!

I havent had a BFP yet, but im really worried now. Anyone actually spoke to a doctor about paracetamol??

I live in Canada and I don't think we have paracetemol here (if we do than I just don't know it) but I do know several women from here from the UK who have taken it while pregnant.

paracetamol is safe, as long as you check the pack and it isnt combined with asprin/ibuprofan etc. and alway follow the dose information exactly.

Paracetemol is fine but Ibuprofen is not.
Ask your dr or pharmacist what painkillers you can take.

If possible I found a quick nap is the best solution.

If you are in the UK try Migraine Kool n Soothe gel pads, you just stick one on your head and it relaxes you. It doesnīt mention on the pack anything about pregnancy so I presume itīs ok. You just look a bit daft with one stuck on your head!!! Like the Karate Kid!
