BFP advice please

Hi everyone,

I am sorry to bother you but I was wondering if any of you got a very very faint BFP... and, did anyone have what seemed to be during the first few weeks?

I had what I thought was abnormal AF 11 days ago, and I have just done 2 +/- tests as I have a few symptoms and they were both + but so faint, like a hairline. It is driving me

I would be grateful of any help or to hear if anyone else experienced this?

Thank you in advance.

When we were trying to get pregnant with my first, I sure went through many, many home pregnancy tests. I did get faint positives and I believe it could be from testing early on when the HCG levels are not as high yet.

This time around, it was a very strong, strong positive.

I got very very faint BFP's for 4 days before getting a strong one. (I got my BFP 5 days after I expected AF to arrive). Have you retested? Tried another brand maybe?

Thank you, I am going to try a digital test tomorrow... I just thought, as I am on cd11... it just seems way too early, but then my cycles are usually strange. The not knowing for sure is driving me mad though. Thank you both of you for your help. All the best to you in your pregnancies!

It sounds like you had impantation bleeding, this is pinkish in colour and very light bleeding. As for a very faint BFP, the pregnancy hormone doubles every 48-72hrs, so test again in 2-3 days and hopefully you should see a darker line!

Good Luck hun! x

Yeh my first test I ever took I ignored the line cause it was almost invisible.

Try again in a few days. If the line is darker then congrats if not then chances are it could have been an early mc.

As for AF symptoms in early pregnancy.... yep! Definately. For weeks I felt like AF was just around the corner.

I did a digital test so its yes or no, no worries of faint or strong lines.
Good Luck.

I did two that were VERY faint as well... It should not matter how faint the lines are, if it reads positive... it usually is. I would suggest getting a digital... that is how I confirmed mine.. hope it is a BFP for you!!
