Anyone else have diclectin stop working?

Sooo at 8 weeks my nausea and vomiting got to a very scary point and i was prescribed diclectin(1 morning 1 afternoon 2 at night)....it's been great so far. I've taken it for one week now...but the last two days i've noticed it hasn't been working as well.
Just now I woke up and i was gagging /heaving before i even got the 20 steps to the bathroom!

I've tried everything and it's really starting to take it's toll on how i feel about my pregnancy.
My problem is the moment i wake up I already do not feel well. This makes "getting out of bed slowly" and "eating crackers before you get out of bed" impossible to do so. I've noticed I have about 3 minutes between the time i wake up and my first couple heaves.

the only thing i've been able to do is grab a slice of bread and i nibble away on it. Worst thing about being sick in the morning for me at least....it's all pure thick yellow bile.

At first I thought it was a miracle drug I felt sooo much better but i'm scared I'm just going to get sicker all over again.

You can ask your doctor to try you on promethazine instead. Sometimes our bodies just grow a tolerance to things we take on a daily basis. If promethazine doesn't work, they sometimes try zofran but it's super expensive so you need god insurance for that one.

I also have had diclectin stop working. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I'm on 4 diclectin a day and I can't stop feeling sick or vomitting. Please let me know if you feel any better and what might have worked for you.
