I'm Currently Feeling:  | Went to the Hospital this morning
Everything is ok!! I got to see my little beans heartbeat, I'm not almost 10 weeks I'm only 6 so Second Tri is even further away lol. Bean was still in the sack thing and the heartbeat was a flicker but even though it's early this is the best thing I have ever seen  . I feel alot more relieved and the Nurse said not to worry about the pains it's because my uterus is expanding in a similar way to a period but going the opposite way.
But I am really confused because if I'm only 6 weeks that means when I tested I was only 2 weeks when I tested, and the test was really dark. I always thought you'd have to wait a few weeks for it to be BFP but I'm just silly.
Is it ok to still have my MW appointment on the 25th of this month even though I'm not as far as they thought? |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | Aslong as you're over 8 weeks at the time your midwife appointment should be fine.
And you might not be 6 weeks, that might just be what you're measuring right now. They told me I was measuring 4 weeks (it was only a fetal pole!) when I was meant to be 6 weeks. It wasn't untill 12 weeks when I measured my proper dates. I was actually almost 3 weeks out at one point. |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | The same thing has happened to me. They told me I was 7 weeks when I was infact 7+5 and I've just had it checked and it turns out they were a week behind and I am 2 days infront of what I thought I was!!!
I spoke to the lady at the scan about it and she said in the earlier weeks it's difficult to tell because it can be curled up and there's no way of telling.
I would still go to your midwife appointment you have though. It's normally just them getting information about you and sending off for your scan date so you will be fine |
