old aches/sports injuries rearing their ugly head?

Has anyone else had old aches and pains resurface now pregnant?
I suffer with bad knees sometimes, usually when it's cold in the winter and they get a bit stiff. I've been to the doc before as they can swell and get so painful that I can hardly get up from kneeling/sitting etc. He did an x ray but couldn't see anything.
But the past few weeks the pain has started up again and it's getting unbearable. It wakes me in the night if my knees are bent up and it's excruciating when I straighten them out. Even getting off the toilet is agony and I have to use my arms to try and ease myself up.
Is anyone else suffering with knees/back/old sports injuries? I just wondered if it was preggo related that's triggered it again or something else?
