To me this sounds like the aftermath of having sex... The pink stuff could just be from your cervix being aggrivated and the fluid could be semen. Let us no hunni good luck

omg what an idiot! Switch your midwife asap. She didn't even look at you and she's already giving you this bs?! This just makes me super angry with the quality of care we are getting. I keep reading this and it's like half of people we are dealing with don't have a heart or a brain or both. First of all, clear discharge is absolutely normal and your body needs to produce clear discharge to protect your vagina from infection. They even have a name for it, which I forgot. Second of all, half of women here had some sort of bleeds before 12 weeks: pink, brown even some red and moved on to second tri. I had brown discharge at 8.5 weeks because my uterus was stretching. For a week! Nothing was even slightly wrong. As long as you are not cramping and passing clots you should be okay. Please switch your midwife and get a scan to make sure you're not working yourself up for nothing.

I hope everything is ok hun, and if it is you need to kick that midwife into touch. They are they to help you relax and reassure you not send you into a blind panic at the very first sign of anything slightly strange happening. Do you know if she is newly trained or something?
I have had 3 miscarriages and none of them have started that way. I have a lot of cm too and that is entirely normal. Like some of the others have said it could just be that you have a slight water infection. I am keeping my fingers crossed for you anyway hun xxxx

i've had two m/c's... both had sharp cramps (the cramps started it and put up a red flag for me) and heavy bleeding..clumpy bleeding..so from my experiences your symptoms dont describe what happened in my m/c..good luck

I really hope everything goes well for you and I am sure it will. I don't think your midwife has great people skills and to stress you out like that before you had been examined properly. I have everything crossed for you you was very nice to me a few days ago and I really wish you the very best xx

I hope you have received some good news! I agree with a lot of the others; I think you may need to switch to a different midwife.

I have had lots of "wetness", probably up until a few weeks ago... to the point where I thought I'd wet myself. I have read a lot on M/C and never ever read about one starting this way. Keep us updated, good luck x
