| Shame! Sorry to hear that.
It should be your friends that you turn to for positivity when people like your Great Aunt Gertrude sneer and make snide remarks about your pregnancy.
(No I don't have a Great Aunt Gertrude LOL)
I'd say just let it slide really. You have enough to think about without the added stress of friends being negative.
Maybe they are just a bit afraid. I'm sure they meant well it just didn't come out right.
If they carry on worrying you and adding unnecessary stress then just distance yourself from them. | | | | Status: Offline

If you're in the UK, you will qualify for income support as well, which means you can get housing benefit to completey cover the cost of your rent if you decide to rent a place privately or through the council. Yes i'm staying at uni, but im transfering to one nearer home, where my OH lives. Babys due in September, and term starts Beginining of October, the creches there take babies from 6 weeks, so my OH's mum said she'll look after it for the first few weeks. So its all great!
The baby wasnt planned, but im not getting rid of it just because of my uni career. and im not giving up my uni course either, gunna need something to do when bub starts driving me mad!! hehe
