I'm Currently Feeling:

I'm so stressed

Can't seem to calm myself down, the anti depressents seem to having an effect- they make me drowsy so I take them before bed and I get a really good nights sleep and that sets me up better for the day.

Saw consultant who told me there is a good chance I have a problem where my body will reject the baby. I'm hopeful that if it were to happen it would have done by now but I have several illnesses which are caused by my body attacking its own tissues and he's very concerned. He said if it happen sthere is nothing they can do about it. I had tests done waiting for the results.

Then I saw my midwife who said there was too much of something in my urine because I'm not getting enough calories. I just don't feel like eatting, but i made an ewffort yesterday and had breakfast lunch and tea, not much for any of them but it was something, and made sure I drank lots of juice, she said if I really cant eat then to make sure I drink plenty of energy drinks like lucozade and juice and squash. In the evening I started being violently sick ( not like pregnancy sickness) and afterwards my mouth kept filling up with blood.

I've not been sick today and I've mamged to eat a piece of toast and a bowl of cereal and I'm sipping lucozade and squash but feel awful.

I'm worried I'm making myself ill tessing out about everything.

Sorry this is so long, I do feel a bit better now I've let it all out of my head!!!

i think you should go see the doctor, the fact that your mouth filled with blood is not a regular sign and i would get it checked out soon.
other than that i think you are doing all you can and just try to relax, eat what you can and like u said compensate with high energy stuff. unfortunately none of us can know what the future holds for us and all we can all do is look after our little ones the best we can, the rest is not in our hands. feel better soon

Oh Amy,

I hope you are feeling a bit better - you do sound really stressed out. You should definately go and see the doctor for a proper chat next week to see if he can put your mind at rest about things.

I hope things look up for you soon hun.xxx

Feel better I know its easier said than done I have VERY bad panic attacks in week 4 and 5 of my pregnancy when i choose to get off my aniexy meds, I ended up in the hospital but you NEED to TRY to be calm. baths worked for me. and anything relaxing ! I have been there but believe me it does pass! I have not had a panic attack since Dec. Thank god but it was the scariest thing i ever went threw because you are not just thinking about you anymore ! Good Luck !
