Is this normal?!

Heyyyy girls

Okay so the past week i've not been able to do ANYTHING but curl up on the couch, watch day time TV, and throw up.
and i know that morning sickness can be real nasty, but i'm being pysically sick from about 3AM right through to 7PM! On average i'm sick 7-15 times a day (no exaggeration) and i'm pretty sure thats not right!

I can't keep any food down for longer than a half hour, i'm constantly dizzy, every muscle in my body aches and the back of my throat has started to bleed from all the puke (sorry tmi!)

This is my first baby so i don't know what to expect really, so have any of you girls experienced this?

I'd get yourself to a doctor so see if there is anything else they can give you to ease the sickness - especially if your throat is starting to bleed. Hope you feel better soon

I had really bad sickness just like you are describing it will start to slow down eventually then hopefully stop completely!

dont wanna scare ya or nothin but id seriously drink as much water as you can as i put myself in hospital on a drip 4 a week with not being able keep anything down when i was 20weeks pregnant!

i thought that cause food wouldnt stay down neither would water........but it did!

hope it gets better soon for you

i had it all the way threw tho

i was like this for roughly 17 week, it was the worst experience of my life (a huge reason why i will seriously think hard about every having another, i dont think i cud do that again!) i had just started my job (surprise pregnancy!) and spent the most of it at home in bed!! thankfully they were super suportive!!

in the end i was prescribed metoclopromide from my doctors to take at the max 3 times a day but if i was having a good day didnt take it. the sickness subsided whilst i was taking the tablets, i just could not function without them!

nothing worked for me, i ate little and often like dry crackers just to keep my strength up but they didnt stay down too long, sip water dont gulp it if i gulped it shocked my stomach and it would all be out within 5 seconds

its not pleasant hun but it honestly doesnt last forever!! rest as much as possible! xxx

i was like this a week bk, though my throat didnt bleed, but i felt exactly the same thankfully its been better the few days. i still feel crap but feel better than before so im not complaining. hope the same happens for you soon. if not i would go to the doctor and see if theres anything they can give you to help x

My sickness was this bad with my first baby, its all normal but at the same time you need to see a doctor because your body is gettin no nutrients or goodness ... its being puked back out as soon as you eat. let us know how you get on hun xx

That sounds like Hyperimisis (sp?). I had that clear through all of my pregnancies. I had to be on home ivy fluids till the third trimester. I would call your doctor and see if you can get on any anti nausea pills.
