fetal doppler

, just ordered a fetal doppler because I'm such a stress head

, & was wondering when any of you girls first heard your baby's heartbeat?
I know I'm probably a bit early yet, but couldn't resist getting one especially since I've worried myself (again!) by doing another 2 pregnancy tests & the lines are definately fainter than last week!
I wasn't this obsessed last time I was pregnant- I think it's my age!!!

You might be able to hear it now but it will still be tiny and take some looking for. Don't worry if you can't find it though. Just give it a few more weeks.

I saw a doctor at 14 weeks and she said she'd try to find it but might not be able to so not to worry if she couldn't.

I was 11 weeks before I could find by LO's HB. It's not easy and someday it would take ages, so don't freak if you can't find it.

I heard the heartbeat at 8 weeks and then after that I couldn't find it for a week so I got myself in a panic. It's only the last couple of days that I have been able to find it quite quickly.

Snowball where did you find the heartbeat when you were 8wks, was it on the bikini line? xx

My df bought me one of the ones from argos you srtap to your bump but all i could hear through it was my staomach saying fed me lol.

Yes it was just above my bikini line and a little to the left. It was very quiet but I could tell it was Beano because it was very fast.
