Lower back pain

My god it hurts!

I have got up and totally hurt my lower part of my back it is killing,dont know if pregnancy related or just random?

Anyone else?

Hi, I had exactly the same thing, Im around 6 weeks (maybe more we arent quite sure!) and last week I had really bad back pain, I was so worried but it went away afteyr a few days and everyone I asked said it was just the body stretching and loosening.

iv started with this but within the past few weeks.im thinking one of those pregnancy pillows may help as its mainly in a morning after iv been asleep that its at its worst.

I've been having back pains but I also have a bad back due to a previous accident so I can't tell if it's due to pregnancy or just normal! I'm blaming it on the baby! :P

The only time my lower back hurts is when i'm laying on my back in bed! I've had so many uncomfortable sleeps the last little while cause i can't sleep on my stomache anymore cause my boobs hurts and my back hurts so can't sleep on my back, and the side is too uncomfortable and i know that i will have to start getting used to sleeping like that but its hard!!

I did hear that using one of those body pillows will help, i haven't tried yet, I'm going to try first with a pillow inbetween my legs and see if that works first!! Good luck!!!!
