stomach upset or pregnancy sign?!

I was up for about 3 hours last night in the middle of the night with chronic stomach pains, diarrohea and vomiting. It seemed to go as quickly as it started.

Do I need to do anything particular, and has anyone else had it? DH doesnt think it could be gastroenteritis cos I didnt have a temperature?!

Any help/advice gratefully received xx

sounds like something you've eaten has disagreed with you or the baby. I used to get bouts of voilent sickness and diarhoea when I was pregnant with my daughter. My stomach is a lot more sensitive when I'm pregnant. It's just natures way of getting rid of something that's not good for you. Might be worth a trip to the gp tho just to be sure it's nothing else. x

Oh same here! Up for hours with horrid cramps and diahrrea. Feel much better now, no cramps or anything so assume I ate something that diasgreed with me. Hope you're feeling better now x

This hasnt happened to me yet but I can totally envisage it. Ive had bad diarrhea during the day and am literally waiting for a night time attack for some reason.

That happened to me 1 time last pregnancy, in the third trimester. I woke up and vomited about 10 times and felt very very sick, it was something I ate.
