I was just thinking it would be nice to start a new thread with others who also are due in Sep. so we can share but also because i get a bit lonely and it would be nice to have one place to discuss and ask stuff here's a bit about me:

Im 37 and my partner is 34. We've been together nearly 5 years and we have been ttc since summer. To be honest I was starting to think it might not happen (at least not w/o proffesional help.. ) I'd been using the clearblue fertility monitor but due to overindulging (read: hungover) before xmas i had missed a few days.. i was almost thinking of not getting any more sticks for the kit in the new year as i was a bit fed up to be honest. I have friends already on a waiting list for fertility treatment and thought that was way forward for us too. HOW WRONG WAS I? Monday the 7th was my big day start my old diet as i wanted to lose 2 stone and i was also stopping smoking- was very tired the week before-v.unlike me and period 1 days late-also unusual so decided to test 'for fun' as i was convinced i could not me preggers..ha, ha.. my face when it came up positive!!! so now i will put on 2 stone instead of losing it, lol!!!
Anyway, we're chuffed and i feel a bit isolated as i have no one to talk to about it -yet. Am i alone?

hi i'm due in September too we have been ttc since last June and I also gave up hope. Thought it would never happen. I too on the 7th of jan started my diet. was really tired all of that week but just put it down to not eating enough Then AF was late but because the month before AF had been a week and a half late and all i got were BFNs I said i wouldn't test till I was 5 days late. I had really sore boobs too but still wasn't convinced. So last Sunday morning I dragged myself up out of bed to do a hpt and we couldn't believe it when we got our BFP. We went to docs on Friday and they confirmed it. I think we still in shock. I have been so tired though. Had to have a nap today Its all worth it though and we can't wait. We already have 2 girls. I have an 8 yr old and my OH has a 4 year old. We told them this evening cos we just couldn't keep it to ourselves they were all excited

Congrats!! ive only told my mum (of course) and my partner a colleague at work (he has 3 sons so we figured he could keep schtum, you know! I feel really bad having to fend people off, and stay at home etc as im known to like a drink when out so it would be VERY obvious if i didnt have a drink, ha, ha.. So is this your first child together or am i getting this wrong?

So far Im due the 11th Sept. I expect that might change though as this is my first and we haven't had a scan yet, although I know exactly when we conceived

im due september i think...
ive had my scan last week as there was confussion as to wether i was pregnant or not i did home kits all positive and the dr did 1 test and it was negative, so i got sent for a scan because the doctor thought id had a missed abortion (terrible name) its where the fetus/cells die and my body doesnt 'flush' it but im still carrying it but not producing hormones (because its died) saw its heartbeat thou so that was brilliant.
so a september baby.
my two brothers were born on the same day 8 yrs apart so they want it to be born the same day as them lol
i was between 5-7 weeks, im having another scan in feb to book and date?!

Hi Im Jen my df and I were ttc'ing then I gave up then it happened lol I had no clue I was preggo until I went to the doc's cuz I was feeling really crappy come to find out I had a uti and I was preggo lol so I never did an at home preg test. Im due Sept 15 which is 3 days after my 23rd birthday. So ya fun maybe Ill be able to push him/her out early LOL nice bday present. I go in for my first appointment on Feb 8th. .

, I'm due 6th September I think. Had my 2nd scan last friday & could see a bean & a heartbeat!

I'm Sinead and me and dh found out this weekend that we are due our 1st little one, around the end of September. We would have been ttc for 12 months on 31st January. My brother-in-law is due his 1st around the beginning of September too.

I am another one who knows the exact date of conception!!!!!! A result of staying in on New Year's Eve (tmi - sorry)

I am getting quite nervous and just want my 12 week scan to be told everything is ok. DH on the other hand is excited and keeps telling everyone!!!!!
