What position we should avoid?

my mum said don't bend your body too much, and my mum-in-law said not too much of stretching like if i take the dogs for a walk, don't let them pull me. And i gave my dogs a bath today by stood up and bend down to wash them. i miscarried once last year ,so i need to be more careful.
The position that get my husband involved i never asked anyone only read from the book, but i'm not allowed now anyway until the doctor said "OK"

I wouldn't have thought that bending or stretching can cause trouble.

Also one miscarriage doesn't mean you need to be more careful. Well that's what my dr said.

I hope stretching doesn't do anything cause I stretch alot in my sleep.

Apparently things like lifting heavy objects etc do NOT cause miscarriages. So I wouldn't think you have to worry too much. Maybe someone else can help?

I agree with Gabi. Unless you get hit in the stomach it would be hard to cause a miscarriage by any sort of movement you do. I definately think that bending and stretching can't be bad if you don't overdo it, otherwise why would we be recommended to do things like Yoga and light excersise?
