Think i may have just done the wrong thing.....?

Well we moved into our new house 3 weeks ago and i hate the wall paper so today i decided to go to homebase and buy some paint, i started painting the long wall (its about 8 metres long) i had a mask and gloves on but i got half way through and got shattered and ive had to stop... now im looking at the room thinking shitt!!! im no way going to be able to finish and now im worrying i maybe shouldnt have been painting while im pregnant :S .... have i done wrong???

i think its mainly solvent based paints that are the problem like gloss or varnish, is it just emulsion you was using ??? xx

I wouldn't worry too much chickadee! Just get your OH to finish the job later and go and put your feet up!!

I think as long as the room is well ventilated and its normal paint and not gloss etc then its fine

all painting has to be dont before 30 weeks though for baby or something? xxx

awww thanks girls!! yeah it was just emulsion... i think i may call a decorator to finish as its a pretty awkward room and i have one semi painted wall hahah! im a dafty, i should have known i wouldnt be able to paint like i used to! xxxxxxxxx

My OH is practically repainting our whole house. It's latex based paint, so there's not an issue with fumes from what I read online. He still does it during the day when I'm at work though.

I get shattered just getting ready in the morning never mind painting.
Ive been told by people that I cant use cleaning stuff and this and that, but what happens if you went to a recently painted place, Im sure its fine.
Although Im playing the cleaning stuff card, making hubby do all the cleaning haha.
