I am kinda nervous about posting this but you ladies seem really supportive and i really need advice ok me and my ex-husband have been seprated for a year and since we'v been sepperated I fell in love with someone else (who I have known for 4 years) I filed for divorce in December and our court date is February the reason I didnt file earlier was because he was on deployment in the navy. All along he knew we were getting divorced and it was just a matter of who was filing when he got home well he was taking to long and I decided to . Ok he lives in FLorida and Im in Rhode Island and I filed up here in RI .
Now the question is Im preggo with my current bf's baby is this going to effect my divorce at all since I got preggo after I filed.
Not sure abt R.I. But I have been seperated for almost 4 yrs and my divorce will be final next month. Since being seperated I met an amazing ma who Im now engaged to and we are expecting.. There was nothing broght up about my pregnancy in the divorce and they didnt mention anything about it.. In WA the divorce papers ask if wife is pregnant and because it was not my x husbands we put NO.... I honestly dont think there will be any problem let alone the pregnancy coming up because it is not his baby!!! Hope that helped you some!!!
