| Morning sickness, daytime sickness, nighttime sickness...HELP Seriously
I am STARVING
And I'm wanting things I NEVER eat (like McDonalds) but once it goes down, it comes right back up. I am in tears over my toilet, I don't know what to do and know this can't be good for baby (how will it ever get any nutrients???). I am about to pull my hair out. HELP. | | | | Status: Offline

| i know exactly how you feel..
i have the deepest empathy for you.
eat small amounts of bread..
i put peanut butter on it to make it taste good..
take your prenatals, and you'll be out of the woods soon

| i was the exact same and nothin what so ever worked for me. people was tellin me all sorts of things that helped them like ginger biscuits, suckin on sweets, a digestive before i got out of bed, dry toast the lot. i went through hardly eating nothin. i found the onli thing that helped (not the being sick but the feelin sick) was eatin little and often and it took me a while to figure out how to do it. simple things like brushin my teeth made me throw up. was awful. mornin day and night. i no its the last thing u want to hear but at 11week it still hasnt gone but isnt no where near as bad as what it was. your body will takre what it needs from the foods and kindly bring back up all the things it doest want. its awful but we have to deal with it =(. it will get better tho. all i can say is eat little and often and dont get up to quick in a mornin and avoid strong smells they made me heave everytime x | | | | Status: Offline

| I was exactly the same. My sickness started at 5+4 and I was sick every day, 4,5 or 6 times. Couldn't eat or drink and lost 20lbs in weight. My LO was jumping around and looked fine at my 12 week scan.
Your LO gets all it needs from you hence why you feel so ill, the most important thing is to drink, try not to get yourself get dehydrated. If you do fancy something to eat, try it. If you can keep it down an hour you will have absorbed most of it.
Don't worry, and it is all worth it! | | | | Status: Offline

| So sorry hun, didn't want to read and run. I am actually the exact opposite in the fact that the last two weeks I haven't been hungry at all and everytime I think of food, it makes me sick. I can keep my prenatals down, so I'm hoping LO is getting vitamins and such from them, since I'm not eating much. Hopefully we'll pull out of this soon! | | | | Status: Offline

| A lot of ladies have found taking their prenatal right before bed allows them to keep it down. Even if you aren't managing much of anything else, if you can manage that then you'll be ok. | | | | Status: Offline

| Aww darling, im just getting past that point now, altho still having my nighttime sickness some nights! The thing what really helps me is bread and butter, i know everyones completely different. But i'd be worried about not keeping ANYTHING down, i'd see your GP. I kept most things down when it was at its worst and just threw bile up.. xx | | | | Status: Online
