Dont blame yourself, if I did the same I would prob be in a mental home by now...just look at my signature....
It's a very very sad time, but very VERY rarely you will miscarry because of something you have done. i was told by my a midwife a few years ago that miscarriage rates are higher with 1st time pregnancies, im not sure why but i have heard it's like your body preparing....and having a warm up as such.... I know it wont change anything now but it really is very common.
As for your bulima, this may of had an effect but also it's quite likely it didn't. I think maybe you want to try to control it as best as possible or if possible cure for when you TTC but i am sure you know this already
Also there are some women who have such bad sickness during early pregnancy they are sick all the time until literally 13 weeks. And they go on to have normal pregnancies. What I am trying to say is please please please do not blame yourself, focus on you and trying to get better for next time you feel more positve that you are doing everything possible to be in tip top health.
Sending you lots of
xxx

Hi Laura,

I am so, so sorry for what you are going through and it is not your fault, never think that, even for a moment. Lots of women sadly experience miscarriage, especially early on and especially a first pregnancy. I know you will be feeling extremely distraught - I did when I had a miscarriage a few years ago, but try to get some support from those around you. You shouldn't have to go through this alone. Try to get some rest for tomorrow.

xxx

It is DEFINITELY not related to bulimia honey. I know several ladies who have a condition wich makes them vomit up EVERY SINGLE thing they eat or drink - some of them for the whole 9 months. They get so ill with it they have to stay in hospital for weeks on drips, they feel so ill they think they are dying.

But their babies survive and are totally normal. Okay.

Excessive vomitting does not kill babies or cause them to miscarry. You are not so ill with the bulimia that you are in hospital on drips, so you are way more healthy than some of the vomitting illness ladies who have full term babies.

Oh bless you!
Do not blame yourself!
No one really knows why miscarriages happen.
The only good thing you can get out of this experiance is the courage to beat bullimia!
I've sufferd from bullimia myself, So if i can beat it i know you can.
You need to have hope for your little bean untill it is confirmed that you are m/c.
Thinking of you.
x

i will soon know tomorrow, getting nervous and scared about going and hearing them tell me my baby is gone.

but will be prepared to hear that so will be ok

i am trying to stay strong and stay happy.

i have read up on miscarriages and read that it is common for it to happen in first pregnancies.
so hopefully next time (which will prob take forever!) i will carry the baby full term and then have a happy healthy baby!

thank you again everyone
x
